SHIPPING SERVICES

Standard domestic shipping: Swiss Post (1-3) business days

Standard international shipping: Swiss Post  (3-10) business days

Express domestic shipping: DHL,UPS (1) Business day

Express international shipping: DHL, UPS (2-5) business days

 

DUTIES & TAXES

The prices we offer do not include any duties and taxes. Recipient shall pay all the incurred expenses including brokerage fees.

SHIPPING POLICY

 

SHIPPING TIMES

In general, all orders received will ship out the following business day.

 

Weekends and Holidays DO NOT COUNT as Business Days. 

Please be advised that in some cases orders can take up to 2 days to process before being shipped depending on product availability and the volume of orders being processed at the time. As such, we advise that you order your product at least two days earlier than the expected arrival date. 

Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. If you need additional information, please email us at info@amadeabeauty.ch.

It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for package pick-up if necessary. We cannot be responsible for any problems or additional costs if the customer requests that the carrier deliver to an alternate location that is different than the original shipping address.

 

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Your order will normally be shipped  to the address provided.

Incomplete or incorrect address information is the primary cause of delayed shipments. Check the information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. The customer will be responsible for the payment of additional fees caused by wrong address information.

FAILED DELIVERIES & REFUSED SHIPMENTS

​

If a package is returned to Amadea due to failed delivery attempt or customer refusal it may be reshipped by paying an additional shipping cost. If the package is returned and the customer does not authorize reshipment, they will be billed for the shipping and a 25% restocking fee will be charged. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED ON REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS. Once the products are returned to Amadea an Automatic credit will be issued on the account.
